Passyxchange is a Nigerian cryptocurrency exchange and e-commerce company. The company provides services such as cryptocurrency trading and gift cards.[1][2]
Overview
Passyxchange was founded by Nigerian entrepreneur Offor Paschal Chineme in 2020. Chineme founded the company with his friend and roommate Tocho. Chineme serves as the company’s CEO.[3][4][5]
Passyxchange is headquartered in Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria.[6]
The company launched its website in October 2020 and started providing cryptocurrency buying services, trading of gift cards and other assets.[7][8]

Chineme's vision for establishing the company was to create a platform to advance the use and knowledge of the crypto industry in Nigeria along with eradicating crypto-related scams and also creating job opportunities for the younger generation.[11][12]
Jeriqthehussla, a very popular eastern rapper serves as one of the main ambassadors of the company. Other brand ambassadors of the company include Influencer Ammma, Chisom E, Comedian TheFeyiii and SoftJo.[13]
