One Fallingbrook Road, aslo known as Edgemont' is a notable residential property in Toronto, Canada.[1][2] As of 2021 the property is over 100 years-old. Records are in dispute as to whether it was built in 1889, 1904 or 1907. The house was built by H.P. Eckardt

The house sits on a one acre property atop the Scarborough Bluff, and there is long wooden stairway down to the properties 183 foot beach front, on Lake Ontario.[1]

When the property was last sold, in 2013, to restrict those touring the house to serious buyers the real estate agents requested a donation to the Sick Kids Hospital Fund.[3] No pictures of the house's interior were made public during the 2013 sale. The interior has been stripped to the studs for its 2021 sale.[1] The property sold for over %5 million, in 2013. Agents are asking for over $7 million, in 2021. According to The Toronto Star its previous sale was in 1998, for $1.5 million.

The main house is three storeys tall and has seven bedrooms.[4] It shares the property with a two outbuildings.[2] One is a former 2-storey garage, converted to a guest-house or servants quarters. The other building is described as enclosing a small indoor pool, but in 2013 the Toronto Star said it " looks more like a wood-covered baseball dugout."

According to The Globe and Mail the home is in "one of Toronto's Prime Real Estate Pockets".[5] Due to a heritage designation the properties owners can't raze the buildings, or renovate the exteriors, without approval from a heritage board.[2]
