Early Life
Gal was born in Boston, Massachusetts. At the age of fifteen, she started working in the modeling industry. She started training as a professional fashion model out of a talent agency in Boston, Massachusetts.
Career
Having an interest in fashion, Gal was drawn to the modeling industry and quickly started her professional career in 2014.
She has graced the covers of over thirty international fashion magazines, including some of the world’s largest including Harper’s Bazaar, Glamour, Marie Claire, and Grazia. She has also been featured in Vogue, L’Officiel, Vulkan, Cosmopolitan and Elle Magazine. She has also appeared in digital fashion advertising campaigns.
In 2019, Gal founded her digital design and art company See Thru Nikki. The company gained publicity online in 2020 and in 2021, reaching millions of online impressions.
In conjunction to working on these projects, Gal plays an active role in advocating for mental health, becoming a voice for mental health and wellness. She founded her podcast, “Raw Talk with Nikki Gal” in 2021, and has interviewed over 160 women, including Olympic athlete Priscilla Frederick Loomis and singer-songwriter Jillian Jensen. The platform has been featured on main streaming platforms internationally, gaining listeners in over 40 countries. She has also made an appearance on The Nick Cannon Show in 2022.
