is a politician of Bangladesh Students' League. He was Born in an Awami family of Daulatkhan, the fertile land of Bangladesh Awami League. He is a person who is positive about every aspect of life. There are many things he likes to do, to see, and to experience. he likes to think & to dream. He likes to see the sunrise in the morning & to see the moonlight at night.
Early Life & Education
Niaz Mahmud Joy was born on May 15, 1993 in Syedpur Union, Daulatkhan, in the politics-oriented family. His father Joynal Abedin is a Ex Union Parishad Member. He is also a political person. His mother Nazma Begum is a homemaker.
Niaz Mahmud Joy is the youngest of 2 brothers and 1 sisters. Niaz completed SSC from Daulatkhan Govt High School and also completed HSC from Abu Abdullah Govt college. He is currently studying MBA in Journalism at National University of Bangladesh.
Besides his studies, he has involved himself in politics of Bangladesh Chhatra League, the oldest student organization in Asia.
He always wanted to be a great politician, like Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman (1920-1975), Father of the nation and first president of Bangladesh (26 March 1971 to 11 January 1972). And also like Ali Azam Mukul MP Bhola-2
In 2014 when he saw the election poster of Ali Azam Mukul, he said that time “amar bhai tomar bhai, Mukul bhai Mukul bhai”. From that time, he first felt about politics.
Political Career
Politics is something that’s important to him. It’s the thing that he is most interested in and something he has passionate about. It all started in High School. As he learned more about Bangladesh dark history he became more intrigued. As time went by he started to research different topics and follow different politicians. As he graduated from high school and started college he took various political classes which lit a flame inside of him and made him realized that he wanted to be a politician. He wanted to be a politician but one obstacle he had to overcome was his emotion. Being a politician means he 'll have to make many important decisions and also to implement those decisions.
Niaz Mahmud Joy‘s Political career started by being an activist for Bangladesh Students League while he was in class 9-10. He continued his political activity to college-level like a Student League activist at Daulatkhan Govt college. He also played important role in the whole Daulatkhan Upazila students’ League since 2014. He was an active member of the ‘Sobuj – Kamal’ Committee.
He was given the responsibility for the post of ‘ Member’ at the biennial conference of Syedpur Union Chhatra League on January 5, 2015 and has been continuing his duties honestly.
His presence in the Eleventh Parliamentary Election was eye-catching. Later in 2014, Daulatkhan Upazila BCL President Motaleb Hossin Sobuj and General Secretary Kamal Parviz appointed him as the BCL General Secretary and has been performing his duties flawlessly. Niaz Mahmud Joy is a clean image student leader and a good graphic designer.
