His prodigy is widely recognized and accredited in this arena since 2003. Presently he is working as the business owner of Atlal al Suwaiq. The company is manufacturing export quality polythene and packing materials and exporting them to U.A.E. Qatar & Cyprus.
Mohammed Sadek has work for the very beginning of the company. Being a business owner Mr. Sadek Chowdhury is responsible for the success and failure of the company. Operations, marketing, strategy, financing, creation of company culture, human resources, hiring, firing, compliance with safety regulations, sales, PR, etc. it all falls on his shoulders.
He is the key person to design and develop all the strategies, profit & loss analysis, policy making, handling legal as well as regulatory issues, planning and positioning of the sales, marketing, checking the techno-commercial terms & conditions, product & service penetration, making customized proposal, follow up, negotiation & order finalization, logistics, Sourcing, Purchase, Procurement, Distribution, maintenance & after sales service of the product to the client. His zeal to development of the business, visionary thoughts and charismatic, situational and transformational leadership have made the successful voyage of Atlal al suwaiq possible. Since its inception, his sincerity, intelligence and integrity propelled the milestones of the company. Mohammed Sadek is continuously looking for global business opportunities and setting the sales and marketing strategies accordingly.
He is leading a team of 22 people management level employees and 30 nos of sales people and a total number of 71 employees both managerial and worker level & distributing the entire business target among the team members, setting their KPI, regular follow-up and performance appraisal at the end of the year. He is representing the company in different global platform and telco conference to find business opportunities and generate repeat business. He always believes in Customers’ loyalty & repeat business.
Apart from business at Oman he has some other business in Bangladesh too. He is working as the vice chairman of Fiqran Group since 2016. Fiqran Group has different system concern for ICT training, agro business development, automobile business And International Dredging. The group is also initiating and implementing different Capacity & Skill Development Program for the young generation. Mr. Sadek is also a partner of KaziEnterprise and distributor of Padma Oil, YUASA Battery, Natural Nutrition Ltd. and ACHIYA Online. He started his career from Al Khaja computer in 2003, United Arab Emirates. That company provided different types of computer services. Later on he joined in Al Tafani computers who basically provided network security solution. Mohammed Sadek was always kin to learn about technologies and IT related issuer. Being a quick learner, he solved different problems of the customer at the shortest possible time. He became acquainted with all difference type of problem of computer which enhance his practical knowledge. Later on, He came up with new business concepts on the basis of that hands-on experience from job.
He worked at Belmoor Trading Of Al Mansoori Group from 2005 to 2010 and responsible for total business development, HR, Purchase Consultancy and procurement activities of the company.
His networking and excellent communication skills have built a strong working relationship in the overseas government level. As a business owner, Mohammed Sadek Uz Zaman Chowdhury is the key person to assess the risks of the company & to ensure the risks are being mitigated. He has restructured the organogram of the company, established KPI for all the employees for better involvement and understanding through proper implementing the vision of the conglomerate. At present, the company has well-structured and governed sales, marketing, finance, production, HR, IT, supply chain team led by Mohammed Sadek Chowdhury & he has also developed successor for every post. He is deliberately taking care of the safety and other compliance issues for motivating people, and building CANDO attitude and thinking out of the box.
Young and energetic Mohammed Sadek Chowdhury is acquainted to work with people from different spheres and professions both nationally and internationally. He bears vigorous and energetic personality with openness to empower teammates. Mohammed Sadek is capable of speaking in five different languages such as Bangla, English, Hindi, Urdu and Arabic.
Hundreds of students are participated in different IT training from Fiqran IT training school science 2015. He is also involved with foreign investment consultancy related work and assisting the government regulatory authority to bring for an investment for U.A.E. Oman & Bangladesh. Mohammed Sadek Chowdhury is also involved in various philanthropic activities. He is also a member of different social organization both home and abroad. Mohammed Sadek Chowdhury has completed Six months long IT training in cyber security from software technology group U.A.E. He has also participated in numbers of training on network engineering, hardware and software for professional development.
He is involved with Quantum foundation since 2011. He is one of the responsible persons of Quantum Foundation. He always spreads the massage of quantum foundation throughout the country during his stay at Bangladesh. He always worked for spreading the massage of benefit of doing Meditation, well being, and science of living at different seminars. He is a member of Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Mohammed Sadek has a vision is to represent Bangladesh in different global platform, reduce the unemployment problem & increase foreign investment for the entire infrastructure development of Bangladesh.
