Medrib Kebab is a classic Anatolian food restaurant headquartered in Istanbul, Türkiye [1]


Medrib Kebab is a traditional kebab which has variations between South Iran and Southeast of Turkey. [2][3]

Manually minced lamb meat and lamb ribs are cooked together. Tomato sauce with local spices are used on minced meat. Grilled auberges can be added to plate, under meat. It is generally served with spicy pickles and stuffed meatball[4][5]
