MediUnite Journal
MediUnite and MediUnite Journal is Pakistan and Northern Afghanistan's First Medical Awareness Newspaper and Information Campaign. Headquartered in Canada, the organisation publishes newspapers, pamphlets, and its magazine in both North America and South Asia. Founded during the COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) pandemic, the organisation aimed to "empower people with medical knowledge that many may lack" (MediUnite Journal 2023). Medical awareness through pamphlets, their newspaper, and outreach events are their main functions. The group currently has over 120 volunteers and around 12 executives, whom primarily publish, fund, and fundraise for medical literacy, research and other projects in South Asia. The Journal is famous for quoting UNESCO, stating "Beyond its importance as a right to education, medical literacy improves lives by expanding capabilities which reduces poverty, increases participation in society and has benefits health and sustainable development."

Management
MediUnite Journal is currently under the management of its two semi-autonomous North America and South Asia Branches, managed by its two co-founders. The South Asian team semi-autonomously coordinates the daily operations in Afghanistan and Pakistan on the ground in cooperation with local and provincial governments.
Newspaper
MediUnite Journal launches a monthly newspaper published in Pakistan and Afghanistan locally, which is not readily available online; However a few third party resources may sometimes provide them for a limited time. The newspaper is translated to Urdu and Pashto, and covers local news relevant and specific to those in the region. North American pamphlets are produced by volunteers exclusively in Canada or the USA, and are distributed in select cities on the continent. Their pamphlets first began getting popularity in Chicago in early 2022, and began to be published online by MediUnite Journal. Today, MediUnite and MediUnite Journal has distributed over thousands of copies of their pamphlets across North America in-person, and online.
The MediUnite Journal Monthly "Vital" Magazine
MediUnite Journal's "Vital" Monthly Magazine is published monthly, and distributed in over 12 municipalities across Canada and the US. Written by volunteers for the organisation, it is completely managed, produced, and printed by volunteers. In the 2023 MediUnite Journal Awards Ceremony, it was announced that the magazine would expand into "Western Europe in mid 2024" and "early 2025" (MediUnite Publications 2023)
