Rafiqul Hoque is a successful entrepreneur and an inspiration for the aspirants of defence selection services. He has built many companies. He is with a vision to develop the ecosystem of defence selection from the root level. His favourite hobby is to know more about entrepreneurship.

Career

His career started at 17 years of age. He was selected as an officer cadet with 73 BMA L/C in Bangladesh Army. But he had to leave due to spinal injury.

Later on after he could walk he built MDC (Mirpur Defence Care) at 2014, the first defence coaching in Mirpur. He has been very successful with it. Later on, he has joined in a collaboration with Tactical Road to Defence-TRD located at Farmgate as Co- Chairperson from 2016-2018. At 2018 he joined National Telecommunication Monitoring Center (NTMC) incharge of Administration and Warehouse of project ILIS, a project of 546 crores BDT. He joined New Era Academy as Director-Admin & HR but quitted for due reasons. Now he is working on his dream venture, Venturous Professional Institute as a Managing Director.

He is also a member of EDCA (Ex Defence Cadets' Association), an elite association from 2018 last.
