Max Kolysh
Max Kolysh is an American entrepreneur and investor. He is the founder and CEO of the recruitment platform Dover.[1]
Career
Kolysh attended Solon High School in Solon, Ohio and later enrolled at The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
In 2014, after graduating from MIT with a degree in Computer Science, Kolysh founded his first start up Zinc, an e-commerce software development company.[2][3][4][5][6][7][8]
In 2019, he co-founded Dover with George Carollo and Anvisha Pai. Dover is a recruitment platform which uses machine learning and natural language processing techniques to assist companies and recruiters in finding suitable candidates for job positions. [9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16]
Kolysh is a General Partner at Alloy Fund and serves as a Senior Venture Partner at Pioneer Fund.[7]
