Max Avery (born December 21, 1985) is an American entrepreneur and a politician living in Fort Smith, Arkansas, United States.[1][2][3][4]

Educational Background

He attended Alma Public Schools and graduated Alma High School with the class of 2004. Max attended University of Arkansas – Fort Smith (UAFS).[5][4][6]

Professional Career

Max served as the Vice President of KGI where he handled ITAR regulated exports and was able to secure the highly sought “E” Award for Excellence in Exporting in 2014 presented by Secretary of Commerce Penny Pritzker and Congressman Steve Womack.[7]

He serves as the Vice Chair of the Arkansas District Export Council and was first appointed to the District Export Council during the President Donald J. Trump administration by Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross in 2018. Recognizing a need for drivers regularly expressed by the logistics industry, Max located skilled partners and founded CDL Academy, a commercial driver training facility with its headquarters office located in Fort Smith, Arkansas. CDL Academy now has locations in Fort Smith.[8][9][10][11][12][13]

Political Career

Max is a member of the Sebastian County Republican Committee, the Republican Party of Arkansas, Arkansas Young Republicans and the Republican National Hispanic Assembly. [14][15][16][17][18][3]

His brand of Conservatism focuses on the economy, trade development, education, patriotism, and optimism and his values are consistent with the Constitution and the notions of our founding fathers.[19][20]
