BIOGRAPHY

Marco Foltran, born in 1978 in Italy, has spent his last 19 years in Asia, Europe, and North America. His work consists of mixed media of sound design, art installation, happening, and digital work. He is the creator of Metaillusion, which was conceived back in 2002 as a vertical journey between art and senses, and first showcased at Trial MediaGallery in South Korea in 2004. The concept was featured at the Venice Biennale in 2011. Since 2012, BMW has sponsored 4 Metaillusion events, which have won 8 awards at the Best Event Awards in 2012. In the same year, Dam Perignon teamed up with Marco Foltran to present a project specializing in underwater creatures. Since then, till his last assignment, he has presented 19 event showcases for the boutique Dom Perignon P2 in Madrid. Consulting and art directing for high-end clients, most of his works involve pushing the boundaries of consciousness.
