Luke Boyenger
Intro
Luke Boyenger is an American-certified public accountant (CPA) and business strategist. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Cruzumi CFO & Advisory, a firm that provides fractional CFO and advisory services to companies in the construction industry.
Early Life and Education
Witnessing the closure of his family's business during his high school years instilled in Boyenger a passion for understanding successful business management. Driven by this experience, he pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Wichita State University, where he graduated in 2014. Earlier, he had also obtained an Associate of Science in Machine Tool Technology/Machinist from Flint Hills Technical College in 2006.
Career
Boyenger commenced his professional journey at Fidelity Bank/Oklahoma Fidelity Bank, where he worked as a Teller and Accounts Payable Clerk/Junior Accountant from 2011 to 2013, before joining EY (formerly Ernst & Young) in 2014 as an Assurance Intern, subsequently progressing through roles such as Assurance Staff, Assurance Senior, and Assurance Manager until 2020.
After leaving EY, Boyenger served as the Internal Audit Manager at Rogers Corporation from 2020 to 2022, before finally transitioning to the role of Director of Accounting at Footprint, a sustainable technology firm, where he oversaw the company's accounting operations for a year.
Cruzumi CFO & Advisory
In January 2023, Boyenger founded Cruzumi CFO & Advisory, leveraging his diverse background to provide strategic financial guidance and advisory services to small businesses, particularly in the construction industry. As the Chief Executive Officer, he focuses on empowering business owners by evaluating and enhancing business models, implementing robust financial review processes, coaching on long-term goal setting, and providing expert advice on profit maximization, cash flow management, and sustainable growth.
