Lekhon Mahmud
Lekhon Mahmud (Bengali: লিখন মাহমুদ; Birth: 28th July, 1988) is a Bengalis Social Activist. He is the founder and president of Cyndicate Like G6 (CLG).
Early Life
On July 28, 1988, the full moon night at 21.05 was born in the maternal house in Bamundi village under Madhukhali thana of Faridpur district. Although the origin of Madaripur district or permanent resident in Niribili, Panichatra R/A, Madaripur[1]. Father's Name Basher Mahmud and Mother's Name Prrvin Mahmud. Due to his father's job, he spent the first five years of his childhood in Madhukhali.
Education
Started his education by enrolling in Class Play at Al-Jabir High School in Madaripur. Here completes Class I then Class II at Dargakhola Government Primary School, Class III and IV at Police Lines Government Primary School and finally completes Class V also primary education from Municipality Model Government Primary School in Madaripur. SSC (Class IX - X) from Alhaz Aminuddin High School and HSC (Class XI - XII) From Sayed Abul Hossain Collage in Madaripur. Finally completing BSc. in Textile Engineering from Prime Asia University in Dhaka.
Career
After completing BSc. in textile engineering join as a production coordinator at Smart Jeans Ltd. in Chittagong. Two months later got a promotion as Associate Plant Manager in Wet & Dry Processing Plant. But now living as a Professional Freelancer & work for Social Development[1].
Social Activities
From childhood to the literary-cultural transit of his father, due to his father being a cultural person. In addition to the involvement of local cultural and voluntary organizations in the secondary school, several stories and poems were published in local newspapers & magazines [2], although writings were written at the hobby, currently, the focus is on research writing. Beginning in the edit by editing of a little magazine titled "Usha", published since 2007 by Bishwo Shahitto Kendro Madaripur. Respective medal as a volunteer also matched. Started voluntary activities at Bishwo Shahitto Kendro Madaripur as Volunteer in 2004, then Volunteer Captain in 2005 and act as Coordinator in 2007. Currently, is responsible for organizing the Bishwo Shahitto Kendro Madaripur since 2013. Besides also worked as a Volunteer and YES Member at TIB, CCCs Madaripur since 2006 and Member at Dhaka YES-1, TIB Since 2008. In 2011 founded Cyndicate Like G6 (CLG), a service-oriented organization aimed at creating self-employment for rural and social development and financial well-being, and is currently its President[3].
