Lance Bachmann is an American entrepreneur and digital marketer best known as the Founder and President of and co-founder of Shock I.T. Support. Bachmann is also credited as a founder of the Premise Division during his time at AT&T.


Born and raised in the greater Philadelphia area, Bachmann was an avid wrestler at Council Rock, where his dedication to his craft led to a full scholarship to a premier University. In 2004, Bachmann appeared alongside his brother Fred Bachmann, in FOX’s hit show, The Next Great Champ, hosted by boxing legend Oscar De La Hoya. Moving on from wrestling, Bachmann decided to focus on a career in sales. He received his degree from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and Management. Lance is married and has four sons.


Donnelley Directory

Bachmann’s professional sales management career ultimately began at Donnelley Directory[1] where he served as Account Manager, Account Representative, and Sales Training Manager. He was named in the Top 10 representatives in the country and won Rookie of the Year at Donnelley.[2]


Upon graduating from Temple’s Fox School of Business, Bachmann started his career at Verizon Communications, working his way from an Account Representative to District Sales Manager.


Bachmann accepted a job as Vice President of AT&T in 2005, and worked closely alongside company president Charles Stubbs as his mentor. He was selected to help the company start The first employee at, Bachmann took the business from a net-worth of $0 to over $150 million. As an Officer Vice President, Bachmann was directly in charge of over 780 employees in 20 different offices across the United States. In 2007, at age 30, Bachmann received AT&T’s prestigious Eagle Award, recognizing him for his leadership in Internet marketing and advertising. He is still the youngest recipient in company history.

Opening its doors in 2009 with just two employees, Bachmann has turned, a privately held company, into a multi-million dollar business and nationally recognized digital marketing agency specializing in search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click advertising (PPC). Bachmann and have been recognized for awards at PubCon, Inc. 5000[3], and the US Search Awards and are recognized as one of the top Google Partners in the United States.

He has grown 1SEO to employ over 100 digital marketing professionals, sharing his expertise inside and outside the company. To educate business owners and interested professionals, Bachmann speaks at venues, conferences, seminars, and summits across the country. He has previously been heard speaking at Ungagged,[4] Rocks Digital,[5][6] PubCon[7], Service World Expo and Affiliate Summit.[8] At, Bachmann has helped mold his employees through consistent training sessions on various digital marketing related topics. Bachmann has also been featured in publications such as The Philadelphia Inquirer[9] and Search Engine Journal.[10]

Shock I.T. Support

In addition to 1SEO, Bachmann co-founded Shock I.T. Support, a tech firm that specializes in managed I.T. services, cybersecurity, and network cabling solutions for businesses throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and North Carolina. Shock I.T. Support is a Microsoft Partner and recently achieved Datto Blue Global Partner Program status.
