Early life and education
Born on October 29, 1991, and raised in ATP, Kouser Dharmavaram's passion for creativity and the desire to bring joy to people's lives led her to pursue a postgraduate degree in M.Com (MIB) from Bangalore University.
Career
Her journey in the professional world began in 2015 when she started her career as an HR professional in Bangalore, Karnataka. During her three-year tenure, Kouser gained valuable experience and insights into the corporate world.
In 2018, Kouser Dharmavaram joined ITC INFOTECH, a renowned multinational company, to further enhance her skills and knowledge in the field of HR. It was during this time that she noticed a significant gap in the market for affordable luxury gifting options. Motivated by her entrepreneurial spirit and armed with a determination to make a difference, Kouser embarked on a mission to establish Flohaan in 2022.
