Kishore Dasaka holds multiple professional finance qualifications in finance and accounting, having completed his Chartered Accountant certification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India between 2003 and 2007, and Chartered Management Accountant from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (2006–2010). He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor from ISACA (2011), and a Certified Management Consultant from the Institute of Management Consultants (2011–2012). Career
Kishore Dasaka's professional journey began at a boutique consulting firm, where he worked as a consultant from 2007 to 2013. During this period, he contributed to the firm's financial advisory and consulting services, assisting small businesses in strategic financial planning and decision-making. He played a key role in business valuation projects and process consulting initiatives, helping companies to identify areas for operational improvement and efficiency gains. [5]
In 2013, Kishore joined Management and Governance Consulting (MaGC) as an Executive Director. Over the next three years, he led the firm's business advisory and consulting divisions. His work involved providing financial advisory services to small businesses, streamlining operations, and managing business process reengineering projects. He also conducted workshops and training sessions to enhance clients' financial literacy and business acumen.
Since 2016, Kishore has served as the Director of KayOne Consulting. In this role, he acts as a fractional CFO for multiple high-growth companies, overseeing due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, leading business valuation exercises, and pioneering virtual CFO solutions.
