Keith Moore
Keith Moore is an American entrepreneur and businessman from California. He is best known as the Founder and CEO of Boustead Securities, an investment banking firm that advises clients globally on IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and restructuring assignments in a wide range of industies[1]. He is an expert consultant in banking equities, capital markets, investment advisory, venture capital, and IPOs[2].

Early life and education
Born and raised in Irvine, California, Moore holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University. Later, he obtained a Master’s Degree in Finance from Eastern Michigan University.
Career
Moore is the Founder and CEO of Boustead Securities, LLC and CEO of Sutter Securites Inc. Under his leadership, Boustead Securities has grown to become one of the leading capital market service providers to companies around the world.
In 2019, he was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Sutter Securites Inc., a full-service investment banking firm headquartered in San Francisco. Moore also served as Founder and Principal of Guild Bay Advisors for three years. He is notable for his executive roles at Activision, POPcast Communications Corp., iTechexpress Inc., and International Consumer Technology Corporation.
Boustead Securities
Moore is the Founder and CEO of Boustead Securities.
Under Moore’s leadership, Boustead has signed various contracts and work agreements with Monarch Bay Securities, Vision Financial Markets, Blackboxstocks Inc., PetCure Oncology, trueleafpet, InfluenceMine, and many other companies.
In January 2020, California-based Monarch Bay Securities, LLC merged with London-based Boustead & Co to become Boustead Securities, LLC. Boustead & Co had specialized in merchant banking, asset management, and investment banking, while Monarch Bay, focused on serviing middle market public and private companies. Both of the companies were well-established, global financial consulting companies prior to their merger[3].

On January 8, 2020, Boustead Securities, a member of FINRA and SIPC, expanded its industry profile by an agreement with Vision Financial Markets, a US-based customer service provider[4].
Blackboxstocks
Blackboxstocks Inc., a maker of analytical software tools for stock traders and Boustead Securities announced their exclusive advisory agreement on July 8, 2019. As part of this agreement, Boustead was listed on a national exchange with SaaS business software developer company Blackbox[5].
PetCure Oncology
On July 17, 2019, PetCure Oncology, a veterinary cancer treatment company using non-surgical stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) and stereotactic radiation therapy (SRT), and Bousted Securities announced a capital raise and planned IPO.[6].
True Leaf Medicine
True Leaf Medicine International Ltd. is another company that works with human and pet health. It raised $10 million (CAD) through a public equity offering, and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) qualified its offering statement. As the first Canadian-based Regulation A+ equity placement company, TrueLeaf was backed by Boustead Securities in crowdfunding and collaboration[7].
InfluenceMine
InfluenceMine, the developer of one of the first blockchain-based affiliate programs, teamed up with Boustead Securities to conduct a $25 million security token offering. This offering is to be one of the largest mobile-driven and affiliate-backed security tokens. Their goal is to reach millions of users with a gamified mobile experience and a revenue share referral program where users can earn Ethereum. This is the first time where Boustead joined a blockchain and cryptocurrency-based company, with a goal of designing a platform that will provide marketing tools to users to easily share mining packages online and earn Ethereum[8].
Beyond Commerce
Boustead has worked as an advisor and placement agent for Beyond Commerce Inc.[9]. Its financial advice on IPOs, mergers, and acquisitions, capital raises and restructuring assignments are highly effective in the recapitalization of the company.
FlashFunders
Boustead acquired FlashFunders, a digital platform for for facilitating any type of distributed securities offering[10]. During Moore’s tenure as CEO, a new Senior Managing Director was appointed at Boustead Securities to enhance the company’s growth. Boustead has expanded its business through opening a new office in New York[11].
Recognition
Keith Moore holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 24, 79 and 99 licenses and he has participated in various Accounting and Finance related programs. He was one of the key speakers in Biotech Investor Happy Hour as a key investor advisor[12].
