Julie Patsvald was a Canadian actor.[1] She also mentored younger actors as an acting coach.[2]
Biography
In the period 1997-2010, Julie starred in 50 film and television series. In 2008 Patsvald won Leo Awards in the category Best Female-starring in a Drama Series for her role as Amy Wanderlei from the television series The Guard. The following year, she received a nomination for the same award, but lost the award to Yves Harlow, a colleague on the series.
32-year-old Julie committed suicide because of chronic pain in April 2012 in Vancouver, Canada.
