John Colascione (June 20, 1976) is an Italian e-business consultant, entrepreneur,[[1]] author,[[2]] and speaker.[[3]] He specializes in business growth, optimization, maximizing revenue,[[4]] website monetization, localized and targeted content, web hosting, search engine algorithms, brand establishment.[[5]] He has been considered an expert in domain names.[[6]] Colascione is the CEO of Internet Marketing Services Inc.[[7]] and SEARCHEN NETWORKS®, and former CEO of Long Island Media Inc.[[8]] [[9]]and Long Island Exchange Inc.[8] He is mostly known for his involvement in Long Island related web sites, digital and print[[10]] publications. In May 2001, Colascione was interviewed by the New York Times, with his older brother Salvatore, related to the creation of a website dedicated to Deer Park Avenue, a popular road in Deer Park, New York, on Long Island, known for street racing.[[11]]

Education

Colascione studied at Hendricks Institute of Technology, a trade school which prepares students for the information technology world.[[12]] He is a Google AdWords Certified Professional.[[13]]

Career

Colascione founded and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of SEARCHEN NETWORKS, a group of digital media companies based in West Palm Beach, FL.[[14]] In 2019, he restructured his companies and moved to Florida. He was highlighted by DNJournal.com for the third time based on his new involvement in the 2019 acquisition of GEO domain NorthDakota.com.[[15]] In September 2015,[[16]] Colascione was appointed as the CEO of Long Island Media Inc., a privately owned digital media company.[[17]] He is Editor-in-chief and Publisher at The Published Reporter. Colascione is a voting member of the ICANN Business Constituency (BC)[[18]] and a general member of the Internet Commerce Association.
