Jera line is a factory located in Ningbo China, that produces overhead and underground cable infrastructure which transmits information and electricity, via Fiber Optic Cable Networks, Power Cable Grids, and Solar Cable Facilities.
For the area of Fiber Optic Cable infrastructure, JERA produces:
- Fiber optic cables, such as FTTH drop cables, and mini-ADSS cables.
- Fiber optic termination, and distribution boxes for FTTH fiber cable deployment.
- Fiber cable tension clamps, for ADSS, FTTH, Fig.8 fiber optic cables to build indoor and outdoor fiber optic lines.
- Helical wire dead-end guy grips
- Stainless steel bandings, and tools.
For the area of Electrical Power Cable JERA produces:
- Overhead line anchoring infrastructure.
- Insulation-piercing cable connectors.
- Terminations and joints.
- Preformed line guy grips.

Jera line proceeds essential tests in its interior laboratory, which include UV & temperature aging tests, corrosion aging tests, ultimate tensile strength tests, Dielectrical voltage tests in water, shear head torque tests, Electrical aging tests, mechanical impact tests, insertion & return losses test, fiber optic core reflection test, temperature & humidity cycling test, galvanization thickness test, material hardness test, fire resistance test.
- Raw materials quality control
Jera line follows ISO 9001:2015 quality control for receiving raw materials. Plastic, fiber cores, steel, metals, wires, aluminum alloy etc. We thoroughly choose our raw materials and their suppliers.
- Semi-finished product's inner quality control
Jera line’s production operations of semi-finished products are strictly inspected. We apply fundamental world and self-made test standards when inspecting the quality of our production operations.
- Finished products routine control
Jera line does routine tests for finished products. The test may be done per your requirements or may be based on essential tests which comply with international standards (IEC-60794-1-21, IEC-61238-1-3, EN-50483, NFC 33-020, UL94) in our factory’s laboratory.
