Jem Bourouh
Jem Bourouh (born 2nd May 1998 in Bremen) is an e-commerce entrepreneur, and investor. He was raised bilingual speaking German and Arabic since his mother was born and raised in Algeria.
Career & Lifestyle
Jem Bourouh started online marketing back in 2016. He started to read anything related to marketing that he could find on the internet. He decided to start his first business within the affiliate marketing vertical. In 2017 he launched his first eCommerce business with Shopify. It wasn’t until 2018 that Jem decided to pursue entrepreneurship full-time. He decided to found his marketing agency Adcubator. Helping other businesses to launch and scale, Jem started to acquire and invest in other sustainable businesses in the eCommerce and marketing vertical.
In August 2021, he co-founded eCom Incubator with Brandon Nguyen which is an educational program that empowers business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs to start and scale their eCommerce stores. In 2022, Jem acquired the agency Accelerated. Jem has been recognized by the Forbes Business Council, an invitation-only organization for successful business owners. He’s often invited to conferences as a Keynote speaker such as GeekOut.
Jem has been awarded by Zipify OCU. Jem has been awarded the ‘Two Comma Club’ Award by Clickfunnels with Brandon Nguyen and their educational program eCom Incubator.
Apart from business, Jem is a content creator. He creates educational videos on eCommerce and marketing.
Jem is an avid traveler and is often seen traveling to different countries. So far, he has traveled to 36 countries and lived in Sweden, Mexico, Indonesia, and the United Arab Emirates. Also, Jem is a polyglot since he speaks German, Algerian Arabic, English, Spanish, and Swedish.
Education
After graduating from the Hermann-Böse-Gymnasium, he moved to Magdeburg in 2016 to start his Bachelor's degree in business economics at the Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg. He began to notice quite fast that he wasn’t enjoying his academic studies as much as he hoped. After making that realization, 2018 was the turning point for Jem. He decided to switch universities and finish his bachelor’s degree at a different university while pursuing his ventures with all his focus.
