Jahaan Khurana
Jahaan Khurana[1][2] (born January 26, 1985) is an Indian entrepreneur[3] known for his notable contributions in the field of business and entrepreneurship. He is the founder of multiple successful companies, including The Rolling Plate[4], Online Bauji, and 6 Pack Momos[5]. Khurana has received numerous awards and recognition for his innovative ideas and entrepreneurial achievements.[6]

Early life and education
Jahaan Khurana was born on January 26, 1985, in Haryana, India. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from Delhi University.
Career and achievements
Jahaan Khurana embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in 2009 when he founded "Roti aur Boti," a QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) chain in India. The venture marked his initial success and laid the foundation for his future endeavors. In 2015, Khurana served in the Home Ministry's Raj Bhasha Vibhag as a member, contributing his expertise in language and communication.
In 2016, Khurana launched "6 Pack Momos," which quickly became India's largest momo-producing unit[7]. The venture showcased his ability to identify market trends and capitalize on them effectively. Following this success, he introduced "The Rolling Plate" in 2019, a cloud kitchen chain operating in North India[8]. The Rolling Plate follows a FOCO (Franchise-Owned Company-Operated) model, where individuals invest in the cloud kitchens, and the company manages all aspects, including space, kitchen equipment, and employees. This unique business model garnered attention and facilitated the growth of the company.[9][10]
Khurana's contributions in the field of entrepreneurship have earned him numerous accolades and awards. He has been honored with the Startup Award, Doctorate Award, Startup of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year 2021, Creative Business Idea of the Year, Magic Book of Records 2022, Best Business Ideas 2016-2017, and Entrepreneur of the Year 2022, among many others. Jahaan Khurana is known for his notable works and commitment to corporate social responsibility. The Rolling Plate, under his leadership, has undertaken various initiatives to contribute to society. They have celebrated "Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav"[13] by planting 300 trees and pledged to plant a total of 7,500 trees across Delhi and the NCR region. Additionally, they have freed 75 birds from cages during the second-anniversary celebration of The Rolling Plate. As part of their fourth-year anniversary, they aim to provide self-defense training to 400 girls in Delhi.[14]
