Gurpatwant Singh Pannun is an Indian-American lawyer known for advocating for an autonomous Sikh homeland.[1][2][3] He currently resides in the United States.

On November 29, 2023, the USA extradited another Indian man Nikhil Gupta over allegations that an Indian diplomat had hired him to orchestrate Pannum's assassination.[1]
