Gevorg Shahbazyan
Early Life and Education
Gevorg Shahbazyan was born on February 9th, 1994, in Yerevan, Armenia. He immigrated to the United States at the age of 14. Eventually settled in Miami, earned Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Political Science from Broward College in 2015. He later graduated from Florida International University with a Master's Degree in Global Affairs in 2017.
In addition to Gevorg’s work as a real estate developer and entrepreneur, he is also passionate about the sport of boxing. Over time, his love for the sport grew, and he began to compete in amateur boxing tournaments and won many worldwide tournaments. He found that boxing not only improved his physical fitness, but it also helped him to develop mental toughness, discipline, and perseverance which later became crucial for his business success.[1]
Career
Gevorg Shahbazyan began his career as a licensed real estate agent since 2014. He became top-performing luxury realtor with over a decade of experience in the industry. With an impressive track record of multimillion-dollar sales, Gevorg has established a reputation as a trusted advisor to high net worth clients looking for the best investments. Gevorg’s achievements include being ranked as a top producer within their brokerage firm for years.
In 2018, Gevorg co-founded Starlife Group a Real Estate Development, Investment, and management company. Over the years, Starlife Group has developed and is in process of developing residential, commercial and mix-use projects across South Florida. In addition, the company grew into a successful enterprise with multiple subsidiaries, including Starlife Builders and Starlife Development.
