Early Life
GS Kumar was born on November 12 in Jammu, to M. Gopalan and G.Subbulakshmi, in a defence Family (Airforce) . Born in a middle-class family, right from his childhood, he had a passion towards writing and won several district levels awards for Essay writing. He completed his MBA in D.J. Academy for Managerial excellence, Coimbatore. During his early careers GS Kumar experimented lot of Professional networking and created Face value with Startups , Job Seekers and helped them in connecting with right Resources.
Career
After completing his MBA at D.J. Academy for Managerial excellence in Coimbatore, GS Kumar initially worked for Executive Search Companies (Manpower Agencies) for 10 years where he primarily handled Business Development, Recruitment for IT, BPO, Manufacturing, BFSI, Telecom, Textiles, Engineering Clients. He moved to Bengaluru during 2014 and worked for Global Companies Like, Wipro, Manipal Global Education pvt ltd and UPGRAD in leadership Hiring. He started his Job Search Consulting for Mid-Career professionals during 2016 and he became a top-rated Mentor for Job Seekers and decided to start his career as a Job Search Trainer. [2]

GS Kumar best known as LinkedIn & Recruitment Expert helps Start-ups and Recruiters and has trained numerous recruiters on Sourcing, Boolean Search, Negotiations for Senior Recruiters.
