Ongoing currently in March 2024 in the State of Kansas. The images on (left) a KS fathers Supreme Court writ demand submitted on March 13, 2024 for issuance of Mandamus to rescind a 10.18.23 void domestic violence protection order 22CV03391 that judge alleges he placed into county records and the image on (right) is the Kansas Attorney General asking for a copy of the 10.18.23 public record that does not exist and discovery is inevitable of judge fraud against a father and his daughters. Kansas Open Records Act allows inspection of any public record. The Record of Question in the Matter of Judge Paul W Burmaster is an extended order of protection originally process served on Aug 10, 2023 in Case 22CV03391. A certified court transcript from a different but related children’s custody case of 18CV03813, shows the trial court judge AGAIN process serving the Extended Order (doc 26, 22CV03391) but in 18-CV03813 on October 18, 2023. The pro se father has alleged that October 18, 2023 judicial actions of Paul Burmaster stating, “let the record reflect” that a protection order was being served was because it was flawed on Aug 10, 2023. On October 18, the judge committed a crime of KSA 21-5907 Simulating legal process when he reprinted the August document in October and simulated a process serve that was too late to have any legal effect. The order expired on Aug 10, 2023 and judge knew that. He was attempting to fix his “flaw” of not attacking 18 USC 2265 VAWA certification that he forgot on August 10. This was a crime of 21-5907 against a father and his two daughter of Simulating legal process in the Div 14 Johnson County family court on October 18, 2023 in 18CV03813 with a 22CV03391 expired protection order. Relating back to Kansas Open Records act, the father has demanded for the public inspection of this Oct 18, process serve of Extended DV protection order and the Joco court is not able to produce it because judge was in the wrong case with an expired order, to no legal effect. There is no order but it shows In transcripts as simulated. Kansas Attorney General now places probe into the Burmaster matter on March 13, 2024

(a) Simulating legal process is:

(1) Distributing to another any document which simulates or purports to be, or is designed to cause others to believe it to be, a summons, petition, complaint or other legal process, with the intent to mislead the recipient and cause the recipient to take action in reliance thereon; or (2) printing or distributing any such document, knowing that it shall be so used. (b) Simulating legal process is a class A nonperson misdemeanor.
