Dylan Gemelli

Dylan Christiano Gemelli (born February 23, 1982) is an Italian-American NASM-certified personal trainer, fitness expert, educator, social media influencer, and motivational speaker. He is the founder of DG Fitness LLC and the YouTube channel P.E. Fitness. Gemelli possesses experience of over 20 years in the fitness and contest-prep industry. He has trained over 5000 clients and worked with numerous movie stars and fitness celebrities. In 2019-2020, he prepared 20 MMA fighters for huge fights.

Early life and education

In high school, Gemelli was a four-sport athlete in (basketball, football, baseball, and tennis) and began studying personal training and nutrition. Before suffering multiple back injuries, he played college basketball at Simpson College and Grandview College in Iowa.

Gemelli holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Phoenix. He competed in a modeling and acting competition at IMTA New York in 2006 and secured fourth position overall. He signed three modeling contracts, one with Royal Model and Talent in Schaumburg, Illinois, in 2006, then with Future Model Management in Milan, Italy, in 2007. Later in 2008, he signed with Ford Models in Chicago.

In 2011, Gemelli moved to Maui and started working on YouTube videos in 2013. His channel achieved 500,000 subscribers in 2018, but it was disrupted and removed by competitors using bots and schemes. He started working on social media platforms besides YouTube, gaining up to one million followers on Instagram. Later, he again began working on his YouTube channel, which gained 100,000 subscribers within no time.

Career

In 2006, Gemelli started his career as a model with Royal Models, where he served for three years. During his time with Royal Models, he signed with Future Model Management in Milan, where he worked for a year. Later, he joined Ford Models, working with them for several more years.

Gemelli currently owns DGFitnessLLC where he offers his services for diet, training, as well as providing guidance on building the highest overall quality of life for everyone. He previously franchised an Elite Edge Transformation Center Group Fitness Facility before selling it in 2022.

Since 2015, he has been offering training to professional athletes worldwide. He also has experience in real estate investments, flipping homes, and Airbnb homes worldwide.

As a fitness nutrition expert, Gemelli began his first YouTube channel in late 2012, which accumulated over 500,000 subscribers by 2018. His content greatly influenced the audience because he shared authentic information about using SARMs and other performance-enhancing compounds that many influencers in the industry do not share.

In 2018, Gemelli established DG Fitness, LLC., an Urbandale, Iowa-based company that provides clients with an unparalleled coaching experience that encompasses diet, training, steroid and performance-enhancing drug cycle coaching, bloodwork analysis, and holistic guidance on health and longevity.

Later, Gemelli launched a YouTube channel named P.E. Fitness, which stands for Performance Enhancement Fitness in 2019, which has garnered over 700,000 views since he began uploading content. The channel offers informative videos about diet and nutrition, health and longevity, peptides, supplements, training, SARMs, performance enhancement compounds, bodybuilding, and anything related to health and fitness. The videos also highlight the misapprehensions and hazards of using anabolic steroids in the fitness community. While he attempts to deter the use of any type of performance-enhancing compound, he provides information on the safest approaches possible to ensure safety, health, and longevity. Gemelli is well known for his no-nonsense approach with his catchphrases of "I'm not your dad" and "I may not tell you want you want to hear, but I will always tell you what you NEED to hear." He has also gone into detail discussing different types of SARMS company scams as well as the best and most trusted sites to look at. The same year, he also launched The Dylan Gemelli Podcast Channel.

He stirred up controversy with his video titled Dylan Gemelli Destroys the Mythology that Anavar is a ‘Mild’ Steroid. He challenged long-held perceptions about Anavar, a popular steroid, exposing its potent effects that go beyond its supposedly mild reputation.

Gemelli has been featured on podcasts and shows, including Elitefitness Podcast, Evolutionary Radio, and most recently, the Invest Iowa Podcast, where he discusses his life and how to become successful. He contributes as a writer and has written over 375 articles on multiple fitness and other platforms, such as www.evolutionary.org, www.clinicalschizophrenia.org, and Yahoo.

Gemelli offers all-inclusive fitness programs, coaching, and educational resources to individuals seeking to improve their physical well-being.

Gemelli recently began working with Dr. Thomas O Connor, who is well known as the Anabolic Doc, where Gemelli will be working as his publicist. In his first week working with the Anabolic Doc, he has already landed massive names in the industry, including Kali Muscle.

Gemelli was an extra on The Wire on HBO in the last season.
