Dr. Waikhom Roshni Devi is a highly respected and honored light language lightworker, an alchemist, psychic medium, and spiritual guide. Besides being an energy healer, she is a government school teacher and also a singer. Her educational qualification is MCA (Gold medallist), B.ED, and PHD. She was born in the year 1986 in the Thoubal District of Manipur state in India.
