Dee Dee (rabbit)
Dee Dee (born circa February, 2021) is a white Polish rabbit living on Earth. She is well known by the locals for her gluttony, bad temper and messy white fur.
She is currently under the care of a married couple and spends most of her life in their house.
Early Life
Bought under the name Baby, she is soon renamed by her owners to better differentiate her from other pets with generic cutesy names.
She is a mixed breed rabbit and was born with a presumed sinus disease and was one of the last rabbits in the batch to be sold in the pet store, supposingly due to her sickly appearance. She was bought during the Covid lockdown period as a companion for the housebound couple.
Education
As a house pet, Dee Dee is not educated under any human institute. However, she is known to be able to perform a few basic food tricks under the training of her owners.
Career
Dee Dee's career as a household pet is not too successful. She is not properly potty-trained due to the incompetence of her owners, and is sentenced to splaying around 2022 to help with her urinating problem which damaged a few furnitures and also to prevent her from developing cancerous disease down the line, which is common for store-bought animals. In 2023, the process was said to improve the issue 'only marginally'.
She lives in a metal cage outside of her daily free time, which she is allowed to roam the room for a couple hours depending on availability. She has been fed primarly timothy hay and food pallets. For undetermined reasons, she cannot drink from typical water nozzles, and exclusively drinks from bowls. She has a large appetite for snacks, namely sweet and juicy fruits, crunchy vegetables and especially hay sticks, which sometimes will make her to have loose and watery feces if not given in moderation.
She is known to grunt aggressively when unfamiliar personnels try to pet her, especially when she is staying in her cage. According to her owners, she has a bad relationship with the dog and the cat, also pets living in the same house, which resulted in a few recorded fights between her and the aforementioned pets.
Unlike some of the modern house pets, she has no social media presence whatsoever, not on Instagram and not on Youtube as well. However, she has appeared in several Facebook posts made by her owners as usually unnamed cameo.
In 2023, there are talks of her collaborating with international brands such as Uniqlo and Gucci as brand ambassador, however, the plans are soon scrapped by her owners as it is 'not realistic' for a normal house pet to be ambassador for multi-billion dollar fashion brands.
Some time later in 2023, Dee Dee's owners decided to make a WikiAlpha article about her to show how pretentious it is to validate and promote oneself online using this sham of an encyclopedia.
Legal Issues
During 2022, she was charged with several cases of biting which victimized not only her owners but also their family members. It was said that the incidents was caused by her growing maternal instinct that resulted in her losing her temper whenever people tried to feed her while she is in her cage.
The case was eventually settled out of court due to the fact that legal system does not handle cases involving animals as sole perpetrators.
Accolades
Dee Dee is named by her owners as the best rabbit they ever have since she is the first and only rabbit they have.
