Daily Hong Kong (Korean: 데일리홍콩) is a non-profit online news agency based in Hong Kong delivering news in the Korean language.


Operations

The Daily Hong Kong was founded by Kim Han Kuk, a Hong Kongese from Korea. The news agency reports about the situation in Hong Kong in Korean language. The online agency was founded in 2020, after the Hong Kong protests, during the decline of the freedom of press in the territory. It served as an alternative to mainstream English-language newspapers.

Daily Hong Kong is known for providing detailed coverage on the origins of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The newspaper has published several stories on virologist Li-Meng Yan, a Chinese whistleblower from Hong Kong who went to America. It has been featured in the Resist China Organization.
