Da-Pro

Oben Joseph Tchamabeu with Stage name Da-Pro is an international recording artist from Nigeria. He is a rapper, Singer, songwriter, actor and a performing artiste. Da-Pro is from Eket Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State.

Da-Pro graduated from the University of Calabar as a Public administrator. His Music Career started in Calabar, "Shawty" was his first song, followed by a street anthem titled " I wanna be a star" he is well known in Calabar, the south south and Nigeria at large.

Da-Pro performed in the 2009 Calabar Carnival with other Celebrities from Nigeria, Europe and America.

He has worked with Segun Arinze, a veteran Nollywood Actor.

Da-Pro also released another hit track titled KILODE and was distributed across all music streaming Platforms, KILODE was a hit.

Da-Pro has performed along side other top artist both in Nigeria and Ghana. In 2018, he performed in Afrimma which was held in Ghana along side Sarkodie, Shatta Wale, Michael Blackson, Peter Psquare and others, also at Miss Earth Nigeria with Amber Rose and Boris Kojoe.

Da-Pro has been on an International African Tour to 8 Countries in Africa in 2019, which are Ghana, South Africa, Kenya, Cameroon, Cote D'voire, Mauritius, Uganda and Cotonou

Da-Pro released another hit single titled Popular featuring Flex-B, the video was directed by Chidube. In 2020, he recorded another hit track with Skales, titled "Ima". His song with Skales was released in 2021 because of the 2020 lockdown. "Ima" was produced by Mr Lukeson and was mixed and mastered by Swaps.

He is currently working on an EP titled "Power of Vision" featuring Skales, Aloma DMW, Bella Shmurda, Ray Emodi and others. Da-Pro has received many awards to mention a view, Paradise music award, Mr Tourism Nigeria, Nigerian Youths archievers award, Aso Multimedia awards, The legendary grand awards, Most Beautiful face Nigeria awards, African icon awards and others.
