Anticipating the new requirements of apparel manufacturing like shorter lead time & flexibility in production, TRENDZ located itself in Dhaka and Narayanganj are two textile & apparel manufacturing hubs of Bangladesh, along with installing sophisticated technology & types of machinery indifferent factories.
As a result,TRENDZ successfully hassecuredreputedretailersofUS and EU in its clientele. TRENDZ takes a lot of pride that it is serving most of its clients through a lasting &trusted relationship. As a responsible apparel producer, TRENDZ arranges for employees a work environment high above the law-required level. TRENDZ installed and has updated lighting, ventilation, and ergonomics of its plants use the latest technologies like bus bars for electrical fitting, overhead mirror reflectors for lamps forced duct ventilation and so on.
The goal is to exceed the requirements of local legislation and reach the global standards, and thereby support clients' images and sourcing principles.
Clearly demarcated emergency routes & exits, smoke & fire detectors, consciously designed working layouts ensure a safe workplace for workers. As per ISO requirements, instructions and warning signs are posted in highly visible places, inside the factory and in the local language (Bangla).
Moreover, the usage of metal gloves in times of fabric cutting, needle guard in time of sewing and such similar procedures reduces significantly work-related accidents in factories.

supporting environment for all: managerial staff and workers

TRENDZ QA MANUAL
Trendz is using its own Quality Assurance Manual to standardise the products to the customer's required level. The manual is followed by the factory management in every stage from the sourcing of fiber to the final product of fashion. Trendz is renowned for superseding factories in it's decision to hold on the quality.
By remodeling & refining the system continuously, TRENDZ features now a unique capability in terms of industry-low rework and repair rate, thereby high-quality products in the quickest possible time. Rules like "fit for purpose" and "do it the right the first time" is not mere slogans but rather deeply embedded cultures in TRENDZ. As a result, TRENDZ can meet whatever AQL requirement is placed by the value-savvy clients.
TRENDZ has acquired the latest technology like computerized quality control & feedback process; and has created a quality consciousness among its workforce.
Its experienced quality control team extends its operation even in sourcing decisions of raw materials, chemicals, and accessories. Or in recommending new technologies.
