Crazy Tre Z
Crazy Tre Z is an American rapper and songwriter known for his freestyles and is a widely known figure in the Idaho Rap Scene. He produces music for the Rap community out in Pocatello, Idaho. He is considered one of the Top 5 Best Artists in Idaho. He is best known for his single, “My Mojo”, which launched his career. He is signed with Dracula Gang. On June 26th, 2023, Medium did an Q&A with Crazy Tre Z. They talked about Tech N9ne, Dracula Gang, and upcoming projects.
Early Life
Born Travis Wells (September 28, 1978), he was raised in the city of Pocatello, Idaho. Crazy Tre-Z has always been surrounded by music his entire life. He mentioned that he beatboxed when he was younger and still to this day. His passion for music began at a young age, and he has been honing his skills ever since.
Career
On June 9th, 2021, Crazy Tre Z released his underground hit “My Mojo” to critical acclaim, landing him a spot on Roc Nation, under the Dracula Gang umbrella. On April 12th, 2023, Medium.com did an article on Crazy Tre Z calling him the Newest Rapper In Idaho. They also did a Q&A with Crazy Tre Z on June 26th, 2023. The title is called “Crazy Tre-Z Talks About Tech N9ne, New Projects, and more”.
Venom Freestyle
On September 11th, 2023, Crazy Tre Z released a critically acclaimed freestyle titled, "Venom", which instantly went viral with its catchy beat and witty lyrics. The production was handled by the popular producing group, Dracula Gang. A music video is set to be released for "Venom" in 2024.
