Certified Bankability Expert
The Certified Bankability Expert® (CBE) designation is the highest Bankability certification mark for professionals and experts awarded by the American Institute of of Bankability Experts (AIBE) in the United States.[1] The designation is not an accredited degree or a government designation. It is administered and managed by the Board of Directors of the American Institute of Bankability Experts (a domestic Nonprofit Corporation).[1] In order to obtain the designation, one has to meet the rigorous educational, experience and ethical requirements.[2]
Educational Requirements
Though it is not all publicly available, the candidate, at a minimum, must have documented growth through Bankability and personally, used their bankability knowledge to structure a minimum of ten (10) income producing residential real estate properties,[1] have impeccable FICO score and moral character to name a few.[3]
