Blake Holman is a fitness trainer, personal coach, and the Founder and CEO of Blake Holman Fitness. Blake has helped transform hundreds of clients’ lives through his online coaching program, private training services in NYC, and virtual training. The programs he makes are customized for each client, according to what he gauges is sustainable for them. As a result, Blake is quickly becoming one of the industry’s most highly respected and reputable experts.
Blake was raised in a rural town and dreamed of becoming a football player. He started to work out and train to become one. The sport was everything to him then, until high school was over and he realized that his football career was also over. However, he did not give up his daily routine and continued to exercise and work out without missing a day in the gym. He eventually discovered numerous workouts plans online and his favorite one was “Get Swole” by Cory Gregory. Wanting to learn as much as he could led him to become a personal trainer.
Blake has graduated college with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise, Sport, and Health Education with a specialization in Fitness, Strength, and Conditioning. He then became a certified Personal Trainer through ACE and later became an ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist. He always wanted to learn as much as possible and decided to even further refine his abilities with Coaches Education and Lifting Certification through Totten Training Systems.
Blake has been in the fitness industry for over 6 years and has worked with some of the top companies around the globe including Bodybuilding.com, C4 Energy, EVL Sports, MyProtein, BodyArmor, VADE Nutrition, and many more. In doing so, Blake has been able to travel across the country to fitness expos and has created an extensive network across the entire industry.
Blake Holman currently resides in New York City. He has worked with over 200 clients all around the globe and is renowned for transforming the bodies of men and women around the world. Blake clients include some of NYC’s top executives and entrepreneurs. His signature workouts are based on the principles of strength training, empowering his clients, and producing massive results.
