Berozgaar Professors (English: Unemployed Professors) is an online educational cum publishing company. It collects and publishes assignments, projects, research articles, and any other form of academic work from college-going students and gives the credits to their respective authors.[1] Students themselves volunteer to get their work published under the company's name for citing their publication on their CV's and resumes.[2]

Published Articles

The articles that are generally published are initially written by the authors as an assignment, or a project given to their professors' for evaluation. After their mentor evaluates the physical copy of the work, the assignments or projects becomes worthless, which are usually called "disposable assignment".[3] To cope with the loss of knowledge and get a compensation for the hard work behind the project, students make an online copy of their work and submit it for publishing.[4] After their work is published, the authors can take credibility and recognition by promoting their social profiles on the author's tab.[1]

Blogs

Other than only academic work, anyone can upload their stories, poems & blogs in the blogging section. Many of the blogs which currently exists are uploaded by the author following their life experiences.[5]

Copyright

Every author who publishes their original work has to accept Section 52 of the Copyright Act, 1957, which stipulates permissible uses of the original work without specific authorization from the author. Therefore, allowing the legitimate use of the original work for educational, scientific and cultural advancement of the society by modifying, reusing, or reprinting the work.[6]

Confidentiality

The authors are not required to give their extensive details before publishing anything. They can choose the layer of privacy that they want. They can have a whole portfolio dedicated to them,[7] or be completely anonymous and publish their work behind an alias.[8]
