Dr.Arunabha Bhattacharjee,DBA [1][2][3] is an IITian, an international life coach, a powerful leadership evangelist and an award winning author. He is also a TEDx Speaker and has trained over 100,000 + students and employees from over 28+ nationalities . A Cambridge International Level - 7 qualified HR Practitioner , Arunabha is also a Chartered Trainer and a fellow of the GAFM Board , USA. Additionally, Arunabha has been nominated for the Trainer of the Year award by CPD UK Awards in 2023, with the results scheduled to be announced in October in London, UK. Featured in national and international platforms, he is also a trailblazer in modern day HR.

Early life and education

Arunabha Bhattacharjee was born on July 4, 1989, in Silchar , Assam, India.[8] He is the son of Mr. Apurba Bhattacharjee and Ms. Uma Bhattacharjee and is married to Ms Barsha Pattanaik Bhattacharjee. He pursued a Post Graduation in Banking from Manipal University and later obtained a Doctorate in Management Studies from ISBM, India. As of June 2023, he is pursuing a second master's degree, an Executive MBA from IIT Patna , One Of World’s most renowned education institution.[9][10][11]

Post DBA , Arunabha’s research journey took to a new sphere by his learning acceleration with PHD in Business Administration from European International University, Paris ( #55 ranked business school in the world - Recognized by Ministry Of France 🇫🇷, Accredited by ASIC,UK and ACBSP)

Arunabha’s alumni institutions includes SCS, Gurucharan College,DSMS Group of Institutions from where he has completed his Schooling till Bachelors & he credits the institutions of heritage for setting a strong foundation of his leadership journey which has accelerated his impact mode.

In addition to his Leadership Impact , Arunabha Bhattacharjee has achieved notable accolades throughout his career. He was a national debater at CNLU in 2009 and received recognition as a gold medalist speaker honored by SAIL India in 2010. In 2016, he was bestowed with the prestigious Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Award and was named a finalist for the NIEA Excellence Award in the United States in 2017. In 2019, he was honored as a National Youth Icon by IYC and received the Indian Leadership Award , National Debator at CNLU in the year 2009, Gold Medalist Speaker by SAIL India 2010 ,Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Award Recipient 2016, NIEA Excellence Award finalist ( US) 2017, National Youth Icon 2019 by IYC , Indian Leadership Award 2019, Asia’s Top 100 Coaches Award in Eminence Excellence, Dubai 2023 , 40 Under 40 HR Award, Innovator Award @ LIFE
