Armon Adibi (born November 2, 1983) is an American professional bodybuilder[1],fitness coach, dietician, author, fitness model, entrepreneur, contest prep coach, and NPC judge. Armon is the CEO of Adibi Army, a bodybuilding supplement company[2]. He is well known for being a contest prep coach for over 20 years for both NPC and IFBB. Adibi specializes in contest preparation and transformation coaching, focusing on men’s physique and bikini fitness, bodybuilding, figure, transformations, and general weight loss [3][4]

Adibi is a licensed dietician who provides personalized diet plans and digital guides for physique transformations. He authored "Geared Up” in 2023, an inside look of the world of bodybuilding. Adibi serves as an NPC judge and has been featured in a Best Buy commercial in 2014, a documentary called "Crazyland Bodybuilding" aired on Netflix and the Discovery Channel, and published in several top magazines. Early life and Education

Adibi was born in Dallas, Texas and raised in Arlington, Texas. He was and all star soccer player starting at age 4. Armon played his last with the Olympic development program in the Gothia cup in Sweden, Denmark, and Germany when he was 17 years old. Throughout his high school years he played soccer, basketball, and tennis. He developed Osgood Schlatter at the age of 17, which was the ultimate reason his soccer career ended. Armon's bodybuilding career took off at the age of 19.Through his transition into bodybuilding, Adibi further realized the importance of strength training and proper nutrition.

Adibi completed his associates degree in dietician, further solidifying his knowledge and expertise in nutrition.

Career

Professional bodybuilder

Adibi has been involved in bodybuilding since his teenage years. He established himself as a highly regarded competitor in the National Physique Committee (NPC). Between the ages of 18 and 21, Adibi participated in four shows in regional and state bodybuilding competitions, securing first place in all four, including overalls. These shows include the Lee Priest Classic, the Ronnie Coleman Classic, the John Sherman Classic, and the Red River Classic. He goes on placing many more including these first place finishes: Pink Muscle Fest, Titans Gran Prix, and Jonnie Jackson. [7] In 2014, Armon Adibi retired from professional bodybuilding due to a series of non-gym-related injuries that required more than a dozen operations. However, he remained dedicated to the fitness industry and continued to share his knowledge and expertise.[8][9]

Trainer & competition preparation coach

At 19, Adibi became a trainer and competition prep coach.[10]He specialized in various areas of bodybuilding, including men's physique, bikini fitness, and general weight loss training. Additionally, he became a registered dietician, offering customized diet plans and digital diet guides to help individuals transform their physiques. He participated in and won the renowned Ronnie Coleman Classic, named after the legendary bodybuilder Ronnie Coleman.
