AglaSem Edutech Private Limited is an Indian education guidance network and developer of massive online education communities. It offers information on colleges, courses, admissions, syllabi, notes, and past question papers. The online learning platform offers study materials and the latest updates on education related to schools, entrance exams, college admissions, government jobs, talent search exams, Olympiads, and more. AglaSem aims to provide free access to updated and authentic information to benefit the student community. This includes information access, taking online tests for practice, study notes, and other material.

Overview

Based in Delhi-NCR, AglaSem provides study materials for students of all classes for their school education, as well as for their preparation for entrance exams, including information about engineering, medical, law, and arts entrance examinations and universities, career opportunities, and higher studies, and much more.

AglaSem collaborates with colleges and universities to provide authentic data to students and prospective students. They have also partnered with a few companies in the education sector to provide useful material for students at very low rates.

Earning through an ad-based and products, services-based model, AglaSem has offices in Netaji Subhash Place and the Rohini area in the NCR region, where nearly thirty employees have dedicated themselves to a greater mission to provide unbiased and authentic information.

Besides India, most of the platform’s traffic comes from Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Germany, Turkey, Pakistan, the UK, and the US.

Aglasem.com is the website for class 1-12 study materials, entrance exams information and preparation resources, and govt job exams and guides.

Aglasem mobile applications include apps for notes, previous year question papers, book solutions, exam alerts, and more.

Test From Home (TFH) is a simple exam portal suitable to be used by schools, colleges, and coaching centers for objective and subjective tests.

Aglasem Mock Tests is a platform to take mock tests for olympiads, board exams, entrance exams, and govt job exams.

Talent Search Examination- ATSE is a national-level talent search scholarship exam for students from grades 5 to 12. It helps students to identify their hidden genius and assists them in seeking a better career option. It is India’s first Artificial Intelligence (AI) based exam that allows students to take the exam at their convenience. This initiative aims to motivate and financially support the hidden talents in India.

History

AglaSem was founded by Anand Meena and Anwesha Bose. Anand came up with the idea of AglaSem while waiting at the college photocopy shop with his seniors. It took them over an hour to get ten-page notes for each one of them. In 2009, a group of six students from Delhi Technological University (formerly Delhi College of Engineering) developed an online portal, AglaSem, which means, the next semester, intending to offer all the information that can make a student’s life easier.

AglaSem Edutech Private Limited was incorporated on June 7, 2012.

Starting in DCE, AglaSem later became part of the student community of Netaji Subhash Institute of Technology (NSIT) and IP University.

AglaSem launched Spectrum, a magazine to connect and empower a community of engaged stakeholders to share their work and ideas in the field of education and career, learn from each other, and foster innovation.

In 2012, AglaSem was featured in IIM’s ‘Case Studies in Marketing Management by Ramendra Singh.

In 2019, AglaSem Talent Search Exam (ATSE) was launched.

In 2020, Test From Home (TFH) was launched to ease institutions and students amid the global pandemic.
