Topen is a fictional character from the Lords of Light series. He is one of the minions of Emperor Dementia in the series.

Lords of Light

Topen are a variety winged reptilian Evilite creature who serve Emperor Dementia. They have a visible brain and long double-tongue. Like all Evilites they are repulsed by sunlight and live underground during the day.

Topen commonly carry a gun and shield.
