Simon Cosmas Michael, known professionally as Simon Rieber, is an Tanzanian digital artist, animator and author he is known for his illustration digital painting. Born and raised in Dar es Salaam, he became an Internet celebrity by achieving popularity on Instagram. He was named among the young artists who use their social media to bring changes in the society.
He is a founder and chief executive officer of SR Media Services Tanzania a company helping budding artists, entrepreneurs and creators to promote their works online providing press release services and experts in the knowledge panels.

Born 18 May 1994 in Dar es salaam, Tanzania and spent his early life in Dar es salaam and later on took his bachelor's degree of Computer Science at University of Dar es Salaam.
Career
After graduating from Computer Science in 2011, Simon was involved in a small business and later decided to study painting online and began publishing his original works online in 2018, and he gained great popularity through social media and inspire other artists. He also focus more on entrepreneurship to inspiring people to become self-reliant and to lift themselves out of poverty. He has been one of the young people who have been able to use social media to bring about change and uplift others. Simon is also an investor in Tanzanian music.
