Sideswipe is a character featured in various branches of the Transformers franchise, usually an Autobot.

Generation 1

The brother of Sunstreaker, Sideswipe was one of the few Autobots capable of flight due to possessing a rocket pack in robot mode.

He has the same alternate mode and car model as the GoBots character Spoiler.

Animated series

Sideswipe is a member of Bumblebee's team in Robots in Disguise, where he was a minor criminal on Cybertron. After being apprehended by Bumblebee and Strongarm, he proved an unlikely accomplice in Bumbleee's efforts to get to Earth at the behest of Optimus Prime.
