Pollob Rana Parves
Pollob Rana Parves (Bengali:পল্লব রানা পারভেজ) is an undergraduate Public Administration student, who works as national sports journalist in ministry of youth and sports. He is also known as campus Correspondent at Daily Sokaler Somoy newspaper.
Pollob Rana Parves initiatives of the ministry of Public Administration to distribute pictures to the Deputy Commission of 64 districts. Through the Ministry of Public Administration of the Government of the people’s Republic of Bangladesh, I was responsible for delivering self-portraits of Ekushey Medalist Kazi Anowar Hossain to the Deputy Commissioners of all the districts of Bangladesh. Through this project, I met the Deputy Commission of 64 districts across Bangladesh and explained the pictures to them. The pictures are preserved in the circuit house in every district of Bangladesh.
Pollob Rana Parves also worked with UNICEF on children in Bangladesh. He and his team made a campaign which is ‘Shopner dokan’ where they provided necessary things and special opportunities to help the underprivileged children to lead better life.

Early Life and Education
Pollob Rana Parves was born to a Muslim family in Gaibandha District. He grew in Rangpur and then came to Dhaka when he was 15. He started his education from class 9 in Residential Model school & college, Dhaka. Furthermore, he completed his HSC in Notre Dame College, Dhaka. Now he is doing his bachelor degree in Public Administration from University of Dhaka. Besides his academic life, he is also active in social work and other activities to gather more knowledge and experience.
Professional Biography
Pollob Rana Parves, a young passionate journalist who writes different topics of present time in popular newspaper at” Shokaler Somoy”. Pollob Rana Parves has written features for different national dailies and magazines of Bangladesh. Pollob Rana Parves is the winner of National Talent Hunt 2013 in the field of science in Bangladesh. Apart from this, Pollob Rana Parves is a youth leader , where enthusiastically he is working on different types of skills developments for the youths.
Before that Pollob Rana Parves passed his SSC & HSC Exam from reputed school and college with a very good result. He was commerce background student, and now he is in University of Dhaka doing his undergraduate in public administration. He was a meritorious student from his very childhood and always used to do extra curriculum activities. Furthermore, he has been given Government Scholarship from class 5 to 12.
In 2019, he was an important part of a conference which is about preventing terrorism and extremism through community engagement. Where they used to aware young people about terrorism and extremism.
He was also a part of a seminar about students though on Humanity & Radicalism in 2017.
Besides these, Pollob Rana Parves has attended many workshops to gather more experience. In 2018, he was a part of a workshop which is about “Find Abilities through physically challenge”.
In 2020, the tough time for the whole world for covid’19, then he worked for the poor and uneducated village people. He and his team used to provide necessary things and masks & medicines to the village people. Also aware them about the effects and safety of covid’19.
Pollob Rana Parves has earned many honors and awards in his life. Pollob Rana Parves was awarded by “best Meritor of the year” in creative Talent Exploration Competition in 2013 at Upazila level.
Now his popularity is increasing day by day as a journalist. Recently, some articles of his writing are getting very popular among the newspapers and journals. His only goal is proving himself towards the world and bring up his writing talents and skills to another levels.
