Optiaim vs. Megashoton is a pair of fictional characters made by TFC Toys in 2011 as a third party Transformers. They are an homage to the 1984 Transformers characters Megatron and Optimus Prime and Transformers Targetmaster sub-line.

TFC Toys

Megashoton and Optiaim are Targetroids, similar to a Transformers Targetmaster, but larger. When first promoted Megashoton was called Megazoom and Optiaim was called Opticmax.

Other original third party Targetmasters include FansProject Sidearm and Blesser.

Other third party homages to Optimus Prime include Faith Leader.

Other third party homages to Megatron include Destruction Lord, Hegemon and Mega-Gun.

Development

A robot mode prototype of Optiaim was displayed at Cybertron Con 2010.[1]
