Ashley Kirilow, shaved her head, plucked her eyebrows and eyelashes, and went on a starvation diet, so she could appear to have gone through chemotherapy, a part of a charade to raise funds to help her cope with a bogus cancer.
This is the only published image showing the before and after images.
The "won't quit" tattoos are to emulate similar tattoos of a famous skateboarder who ran a legitimate charity called "skate4cancer", who had similar tattoos.
