Zain Wali Muhammad (born July 12, 2012)[1] a.k.a Zain Hollywood is an American football prodigy. Since the age of eight, Muhammad has been trained by former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Quincy Carter.[2][3]

Early life

Muhammad was born in 2012 in Texas and currently living in Austin, Texas to Wali Muhammad and Ebony Charles and has two older siblings and a younger brother.[4][5]

Career

Muhammad has been practicing football since the age of 5 and travels between Texas and Atlanta since the age of eight to train with Georgia Bulldogs and Dallas Cowboys|Dallas Cowboys' former quarterback, Quincy Carter.[2] During his brief time on NBC Sunday Night Football, he was given the nickname Lamar Jackson 2.0 due to the pair's similarities in abilities and style.[6] He is trained by several NFL players including Baylin Trujillo, Antonio Brown|Antonio Brown's trainer Glenn Holt, Odell Beckham Jr., Quincy Carter and Baker Mayfield.[1]

Muhammad is a 19-time flag football champion, he has also won 3 flag football world championships in three different divisions, and out of 101 games played through 2020 where his team has won 97 played games.[2]

Muhammad stated that he has modeled his style and performance after Lamar Jackson, the current American football QB for the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League.[6]
