Victorion

Victorion is a female Transformers character and the first known full-size female Combiner to appear in the franchise, in addition to being formed from the all-female subgroup known as the Rust Renegades. She was created via a Transformers fan poll.

In Transformers: Combiner Wars, Victorion is a Combiner born through the Enigma of Combination, similar to her IDW counterpart and in contrast to other Combiners produced through technological means. Her purpose is to bring peace to the galaxy.
