Rahmatullah Nabil

Rahmatullah Nabil is a citizen of Afghanistan, and a government official trusted by Afghan President Hamid Karzai.[1][2] Nabil served a two year term as the Director of Afghanistan's National Directorate of Intelligence. He was replaced by the Governor of Kandahar Asadullah Khalid on August 29, 2012.
