Katya Karlova
Katya Karlova (May 3, 1987) is an American curve model, social media influencer, public speaker, and corporate executive.[1]
Early life and Education
Katya Karlova was born in Moldova, Katya Karlova emigrated to the United States as a child. She attended UCLA where she graduated a year early, studying Global Studies and Russian Studies. She then received an Erasmus Mundus scholarship to obtain her Master’s degree at University College London where she continued her research on human trafficking.
Career
In the corporate world, she builds a successful career as a talent and leadership executive and sought-after public speaker. In 2019 she was the recipient prestigious UCLA Young Alumnus of the Year award and the next year, she delivered the commencement address to the UCLA International Institute Class of 2020. Building on her previous professional success, Katya is now a successful curve model and social media influencer, motivated by her vocal advocacy of body positivity and mental health, given her own personal struggles.
