Beast Wars, also known as Beast Wars: Transformers, was a toyline and accompanying CGI animated series in the Transformers series, set in the same continuity as Generation 1. Set centuries after the end of the Great War between the Autobots and Decepticons, it focuses on the conflict between two factions of their descendants: the Maximals and the Predacons.
